I went to the Jazz Night----5 stars!!  Delightful people, excellent music, nice charcuterie board, some nice wine choices but I wouldn't have minded trying more than one chardonnay.  Beautiful place, they showed me some of the rooms and they are historic, comfy, inviting!   Need to take my wife sometime. Amazing experience. Loved the historic but updated atmosphere. Our room had beautiful floor to ceiling windows. Delicious pastries, French press coffee, and fresh fruit at breakfast. Staff were all helpful! Very walkable area.

Just stayed two nights here and enjoyed by far the coziest and calming experience away from home I think I've had in my life. The staff are warm and provide impeccable service in a beautifully designed space. The Jacuzzi bathtub and gorgeous bar for a nightcap speak for themselves.. The best boutique hotel in Madison.  From check-in to the rooms to the staff, this place is tops. The rooms are beautiful, and the atmosphere and architecture are unmatched. Plus, the check in desk is a BAR!?!?! I'll be staying here again.
